The government is set to spend $400 million on the games, including building an Olympic-style facility, the Morodok Techo National Sports Complex. Angkor Water Park is set to be Phnom Penh’s first international-standard water park and entertainment hub. On top of that, a Dino Park is also in works, with realistic animatronic dinosaurs that will inhabit a variety of settings, including mountains, rivers and pastures.[3] With the majority of parks located in the district, the development growth is bound to be bountiful.

With notable food chains such as The Pizza Company and Pho Cali operating in the district, food goers have a wide selection of restaurants to choose from. Apart from these, local F&B chains such as Café Amazon and The Sushi Bar also decorates the district’s dining options with their longtime presence.
